Meet Your Host
My wife, Kelsa, and I started our journey in real estate with the mobile home park in our hometown. It wasn’t long before we saw potential for a bigger scope and greater opportunity. XS Asset Management was born on the premise of making multifamily investment possible, passive, and profitable.
This ideology has guided us to grow our team and expand our assets.
Now, we own and operate nearly $50M in multifamily assets, and that number is only growing. I’m ready to share our story with hopes that it motivates others to get involved in multifamily real estate.
